For the first time in nearly a decade, J.K. Rowling delighted the world with another story about wizardry and magic and, of course, Canadians are eager to get their hands on it.

According to Amazon.ca’s list of best-selling books, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts One and Two (Special Rehearsal Edition Script), written by J.K. Rowling, Jack Torne and John Tiffany, is the website’s top selling book this year, for adults and kids.

Other books that topped Amazon’s list for adults include memoirs, cookbooks, and plenty of thrillers (9 of the top 20 adult books for adults come from the mystery, thriller and suspense category).
