I said that she wasn't being treated fairly. She has been getting preferential treatment as do so many Hollywood celebrities. If I was charged with no driver's license and continued to drive around town with my children, I would be thrown in jail. If I went around town attacking vehicles with umbrellas, again, thrown in jail. If I had a judge order mandatory alcohol and drug testing and ordered not to drink 12 hours before physical custody of my child, again, I would have a Social Worker at my door a long time ago to remove my children. As well, people continue to say poor Brittney and how the media hound her. Ever since her break with Kevin she has done nothing but seek media attention. I think that she has enough resources available to her that she could get a driver, have someone pick up her Starbucks, etc. If she had half a brain, she would have stayed at home and focused on her children and being a mother and not bother to try to keep up with the likes of Paris Hilton or Lindsey Lohan at the bars in LA.

I feel she is being treated exactly as she should be. If it were you or I would we be treated differently? No..so why should she. It's time she grows up and act like the parent she should be.

I don't think the question should be is Britney beibg treated fairly...duh! She's been given chance after chance, and blown them all. It's time her kids are treated fairly by being taken out of that down-cycle environment. Too bad the judge didn't find a more normal person to have custody, like the boys' grandmother!

Honestly - who cares! The only reason there is so much publicity on this is because she's Britney. It's too bad people crave this kind of news. Personally, I feel so sorry for those kids. Caught in a very unfortunate situation with a young immature mother who happens to be famous.

Who do these so called "stars" think they are? They have children because they think they should, not because they really want them, and then abuse them, as Britney does. It is a sad thing that these innocent babies should lose their mother, but its so much better that they are out of her harmful hands. I cant believe that she puts the top down on her convertible and wears a hat, while there are none on her babies heads! Also, why didn't they give custody to her mother instead of the dad as isn't he a drugy also?

I am NOT a fan and I know Britney has her problems but... who doesn't. Yes, she has, at times, seemed out of control. She needs to grow up and realize that she is no longer an irresponsible who has no real responsibilities. She needs to understand that her children need a mother, not a baby sitter. However, I think that if she was not in the limelight, and wasn't constantly under a microscope or the camera's eye, she would have been treated differently, more fairly.
