When Canada’s CF-18 fighter jets arrive in Kuwait later this month, they’ll add to a growing military presence arrayed against the Islamic State forces in Iraq and Syria.
Canada’s aircraft are not expected to join the airstrikes for another three weeks, but France, Belgium, Denmark and the United Kingdom are already actively bombarding ISIS targets in Iraq and Syria.
