TRENTON, Ont. - A repatriation ceremony will be held tomorrow for a Canadian soldier who was killed in Afghanistan during a training accident Friday.

The body of Cpl. Joshua Caleb Baker will arrive at CFB Trenton around 2 p.m.

Defence Minister Peter MacKay and General Walter Natynczyk will join relatives on the tarmac to pay their respects.

Based in Edmonton, Baker was serving with the Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan.

Four other soldier were injured in the accident that claimed his life.

The 24-year-old's death brings to 140 the number of Canadian soldiers killed since the Afghan mission began eight years ago.
