Pippa Middleton, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, is engaged.

Middleton, 32, is set to marry her boyfriend, hedge fund manager James Matthews, Hello! magazine has confirmed. Alison Eastwood, editor-in-chief of Hello! Canada, said the bride and groom-to-be have many things in common.

“He comes from a very similar background that Pippa does,†Eastwood told Â鶹´«Ã½ Channel. “His own parents worked their way up into wealth, and now he and his father are millionaires.

“Quite a good catch, as they say.â€

And, while there is no wedding date set yet, it’s sure to be the “society wedding of the year when it happens,†Eastwood said.

The guestlist could include several members of the British Royal Family, Eastwood said, including the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, as well as Prince Harry, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla.

Similar to the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, all eyes will be on what the bride wears as she walks down the aisle, Eastwood said.

For her 2011 wedding, the Duchess of Cambridge famously wore a wedding dress designed by English designer Sarah Burton for the luxury fashion house Alexander McQueen. On that day, the younger Middleton nearly “stole the show†with her very “shapely bridesmaid dress,†also designed by McQueen, Eastwood said.

“It will be interesting to see if (Pippa) goes the same route as Kate, maybe going with (Alexander) McQueen again,†she added. “But Pippa loves to forge her own path.â€
