ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - It's doubtful there will be any interaction between Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Danny Williams and Prime Minister Stephen Harper this week.

The prime minister plans to visit the province but a spokesman for the premier's office says as of late Monday they hadn't been notified. The two men have been on the outs ever since the premier accused Harper of breaking a promise regarding offshore oil revenues.

It's to the point where Williams has been asking voters to consider anyone other than the Conservatives in the next federal election.

Harper will be in Renews-Cappahayden on Wednesday to deliver brief remarks at the community's Come Home Year celebrations.

On Thursday he plans to visit Cupids to make an announcement regarding 400th anniversary celebrations.
