You may be hard-pressed to find something David Saint-Jacques isn鈥檛 good at.
The next Canadian astronaut is an astrophysicist, engineer, medical doctor, scuba diver and pilot. And he speaks five languages.
Saint-Jacques, who is set to travel to the International Space Station in 2018, says he is simply a naturally curious person.
鈥淚 remember from a very young age, deciding that want I really wanted to do in life was, if I could, try to understand everything,鈥� the Quebec City native says with a chuckle. 鈥淭hat鈥檚 been my crazy ambition.鈥�
Overachiever, indeed.
So does Saint-Jacques have any flaws? He points to one.
He says while his wife is a 鈥済reat鈥� dancer, he鈥檚 鈥渘ot so great.鈥�
