Nunavut residents age 50 years and up can now get a fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The territory announced Tuesday that eligible people who have had their third dose at least four- and-a-half months ago can now get a fourth.
The territory also says third doses are now available to people ages five to 11 who are immunocompromised.
Residents can make vaccine appointments by calling their local health centre.
The territory says first, second and third doses are still available to everyone in Nunavut ages 12 and up.
Nunavut lifted all of its public health restrictions on Monday but masks continue to be mandatory at health facilities and government offices.
