Meryl Streep may seem like she wins an Oscar every time she rolls out of bed, but she appears to have topped herself with a memorable turn as presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Wearing a fat suit, a spray-on tan, a wild flop of a blonde wig and a tie running down below her inflated waistline, Streep made American theatre great again as she took the stage at the Public Theater Gala event in New York on Monday. Streep appeared alongside her former "Mamma Mia" co-star, Christine Baranski, to sing a duet from the stage musical "Kiss Me, Kate." Baranski was dressed as Hillary Clinton.
