When Sir Richard Branson announces a new launch, you can bet it will be nothing less than splashy.

The latest to join his collection of exclusive, luxury retreats and private islands is a pair of villas on the Son Bunyola Estates in Mallorca, set among citrus fruit, almond and olive trees under the Spanish sun.

The first of the villas, Sa Punta de S'Aguila which translates to “Eagle's Point†in the local Mallorquin language can sleep up to 10 adults in its 5 en-suite bedrooms.

The villa features a heated swimming pool, kitchen, living room, and dining area.

A seven-night stay rings in at about $31,370. Per couple, that works out to be about $4,485 a night, and includes all meals, drinks, wireless internet and concierge services.

The second villa Sa Terra Rotja translates to “red earth†and is a short walk from a pebble beach. The villa sleeps 8 adults in four en-suite bedrooms and rates start at $25,097 for seven nights.

The Son Bunyola estate itself spans 700 acres on the Northwest coast of Mallorca dating back to the 1800s and includes a private gated entrance.

In the distance loom the Tramuntana mountain range.
