The '30 Rock' actress - who was named Esquire magazine's Sexiest Woman Alive last year - has confessed she was totally "shocked" when her boyfriend, musician Benjamin Jorgensen, popped the question on Saturday night.
Speaking at last night's Screen Actors' Guild (SAG) Awards, she told 'E!' host Giuliana Rancic: "He proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked I just said, 'Oh my god,' and I hugged him.
"Then he said to me, 'So is that yes?'"
The blonde beauty explained while the couple had previously spoken about marriage, she was still "so surprised" to see him propose that she "forgot" to give him an answer.
Katrina added: "We talked about it, so it wasn't out of nowhere, but I was so surprised. That's why I forgot to say yes at first."
This isn't the only time Katrina has been shocked in the past year.
After beating Kim Kardashian to Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive title, she admitted she was surprised to bag the award as only "a small per cent" of people know who she is.
She said: "I was up against Kim Kardashian. And then, let's put it this way, if you say my name and then say Megan Fox's name, most people know who she is but, well, a small per cent will know who I am. I think a lot of the fans of '30 Rock' kind of went crazy with it."
