Angelina Jolie drives Brad Pitt "a bit crazy" by never taking pictures of him with his family.

While the actor is happy to take photos of his partner and their kids -Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - on their trips around the world, the 'Kung Fu Panda 2' actress shuns the lens as she thinks it spoils the moment.

She said: "I never take pictures and that drives Brad a bit crazy because he's not on any family photos as he always takes them.

"I often see all these pictures to capture the moment and I think you miss the moment because you are trying too hard to capture it. I want to live it."

Brad and Angelina travel the world with their family, but the actress insists this is not to the detriment of their education, because she feels the mainstream system is "flawed" and thinks home-schooling the children is beneficial in order to keep them in touch with their cultural heritage.

She added in an interview with the Independent newspaper: "I'm personally getting a lot more involved with their different tutors and teachers.

"But we have different teachers from different cultures in our house, who travel with us. Pax speaks Vietnamese and there's one who speaks to him in Vietnamese every day.

"To us it's about building a team around us where we can all be enhanced culturally and they can help with following a curriculum legally.

"I do think we live in a different age and the education system hasn't caught up with our children and our way of life.

"But we travel and I'm the first person to say, 'Get the schoolwork done as quickly as possible because let's go out and explore'.

"I'd rather them go to a museum and learn to play guitar and read and pick a book they love. I feel that there's got to be a new way to tailor things more directly to our children."
