LOS ANGELES - Travis Barker is out of a Los Angeles burn centre where he was being treated after surviving a plane crash.

The former Blink-182 drummer was released Friday from the Grossman Burn Center. He had been there since Sept. 29 with second- and third-degree burns.

The burn centre says the 32-year-old rocker will continue being treated at home and is expected to fully recover over the next few months.

Barker was initially treated in Georgia after the Sept. 19 crash in South Carolina. Disc jockey Adam Goldstein, better known as DJ AM, also survived.

Two pilots and two other passengers died.
