About This Campus

Bachelors degrees in more than 100 fields of study and graduate degrees in an estimated 40 disciplines. State-of-the-art biotechnology research institute, which collaborates with pharmacy and biotech companies in the Research Triangle Park. Location Information

We are centrally located in Durham, NC, a part of the Research Triangle Park (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). Durham is notated as being the "City of Medicine" as healthcare is a major industry including more than 300 medical and healthcare related companies and medical practices. Duke University is less than 5 miles from NCCU.

Helpful Information

North Carolina Central University is a HBCU. Once you are accepted to NCCU through NSE you will be afforded direct access to a counselor who will guide you seamlessly through the process. If you choose to live off campus there is access to public transportation. Students at NCCU are immersed into the culture with access to unlimited resources and opportunities.

Notes About Housing
On campus amenities. Opened in Fall 2011. Chidley North Residence Hall houses 517 Â鶹´«Ã½s in corridor and suite style accommodations. The hall offers laundry kitchen and study room on each floor. There are lounges in every wing and a classroom and computer lab on the second floor. WiFi throughout.
