HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. - John Edwards' mistress is seeking profits from a book written by an aide to the two-time presidential candidate.
Lawyers for Rielle Hunter argued in court today that she should be entitled to profits from Andrew Young's book "The Politician."
The book recounts Young's work to hide Edwards' affair and the child the candidate fathered with Hunter.
Young also describes a sex tape depicting Edwards and a woman Young assumes to be Hunter.
Hunter's lawyers contend the tape was stolen from her and then used to promote Young's book.
Young's lawyers say the sex tape was a small part of the book and that Hunter does not own the video.
