A list of recent incidents where Canadian soldiers were killed or wounded by friendly fire:

Feb. 6, 2015 -- Sgt. Andrew Joseph Doiron from the Canadian Special Operations Regiment died and three others were wounded in Iraq after Kurdish fighters mistakenly fired upon them.

Sept. 4, 2006 -- Pte. Mark Graham was killed when two NATO planes accidentally strafed Canadian troops in Panjwaii district in Afghanistan.

April 18, 2002 -- Sgt. Marc Leger, Cpl. Ainsworth Dyer, Pte. Richard Green and Pte. Nathan Smith were killed in Afghanistan after being bombed by a U.S. F-16 fighter.
