MISSISSAUGA, Ont. -- The head of Wal-Mart Canada is moving up the corporate ladder at the American retail giant. Shelley Broader, currently president and CEO of Wal-Mart  Canada, has been promoted to executive vice-president, president and CEO of Walmart EMEA. In her new role, she will lead Wal-Mart's retail operations and oversee business development in Europe, the Middle East, sub-Saharan Africa.
