The U.S. dollar closed at C$1.3144, up 0.50 of a cent.
Pound sterling was C$1.8474, down 0.14 of a cent and US$1.4055, down 0.64 of a cent.
The Euro closed at C$1.4948, up 0.21 of a cent.
